KPMG in Northern Ireland has further bolstered its tax expertise with the appointment of David Reaney as Indirect Tax Partner. A seasoned tax professional, David has deep knowledge of all aspects of indirect taxes and returns to KPMG having previously trained at the firm.


In particular, he has worked at the centre of the trading arrangements between Northern Ireland, ROI and GB in the wake of Brexit and is considered a thought leader on the detail of The Windsor Framework.

David rejoins KPMG from another big four firm, prior to which he spent four years as a senior VAT specialist at HM Revenue & Customs. He will work alongside Partner Frankie Devlin and the wider Indirect Tax team at KPMG
