Belfast-based Keenan Recruitment has announced it is moving to new premises in the city centre as part of wider expansion plans for the firm. The fast-growing recruitment and employment agency, founded by Managing Director Aideen Duggan in 2013, is already a market-leader in healthcare recruitment specialising in placing professionals, such as social workers, allied health professionals, solicitors, accountants, HR and clerical staff throughout the five Health Trusts across Northern Ireland.

The company is moving to the Glandore offices at Arthur House ahead of its plans to double its workforce due to a demand from the private sector. Keenan will hire four new members of staff in order to service the growing demand from clients to expand their offering across a number of sectors including HR, finance, insurance, administration, IT and private healthcare sectors.

Following a period of significant growth, the company rebranded from Keenan Healthcare to Keenan Recruitment to accurately reflect the firm’s new services.  The agency predicts that the new range of services will naturally increase its turnover, reaching £4.5m in revenues by the end of June 2021.

Managing Direct of Keenan Recruitment Aideen Duggan said: “Within 7 years trading, Keenan has proudly become a market-leader for recruitment in Northern Ireland establishing itself as a top-tier supplier in the health industry. We are a client-led agency and ensure we take care to put the client’s needs at the very centre of what we do. As our customers continue to ask more of us, the business has thrived and we’ve seen an increasing demand for more services.

“This feedback is testament to the work that is undertaken daily by the agency and celebrates the unique work ethic and inclusive culture we have throughout the company. The rebrand opens us up to new markets throughout Northern Ireland, and we can’t wait to add knowledgeable new members to our Keenan team.”

Keenan recruitment offer all candidates the opportunity to avail of a confidential, free of charge financial Health & Well-being package. It is a tool particularly for new qualified staff who have just left university and may need help with clearing debts, applying for mortgages or advice on savings and pensions.
