HouseProud Furnishings has been operating in Northern Ireland for 15 years and has nine convenient stores across the province alongside an online offering. The retailers offer a range of elegant and affordable home furnishing including living, dining, bedroom and lighting.
HouseProud will sit alongside Lidl in the Retail Park which welcomed Tim Hortons first ever Drive Thru in NI last year.
Jonathan Martin, director at Lambert Smith Hampton, acted on behalf of Alfred Street Properties to secure the new tenant.
