Leading Northern Ireland producer of fresh meats and award-winning ready meals, Cloughbane Farm, has seen significant growth in both its local and export business, during the current Covid-19 lockdown. The company’s ‘farm to doorstep delivery service’ has taken off, with online orders for its products from across the globe, including the US and Australia.

“The new export orders are different in that they have been placed on our website by people in the US and Australia wishing to send Cloughbane products to family members in Northern Ireland during this difficult time,” explained Cloughbane Farm managing director Lorna Robinson.

Lorna continued, “We are delighted we are able to help out and support families who are missing one another and ensuring everyone gets a taste of home!
“Since the start of the Covid-19 we have seen our online sales soar with lots of customers availing of our special offers – the most popular lines have been our sirloin steaks, lean steak mince and family meal deal pack.”

Cloughbane Farm Foods was established by Lorna and Sam Robinson and their sons in 2002. Sam runs the family’s 180-acre livestock farm and the progressive business is now among the most successful and progressive farm diversification businesses in Northern Ireland.

“Our award-winning range of raw meat and ready meals can be ordered through our website and delivered direct to any home in Northern Ireland. We also offer a completely contactless service with orders placed and paid for online. The food can be left on the doorstep to collect,” added Lorna.

As well as beef, the farm raises lamb and free-range eggs – and also sources high quality meat from other local farmers. Cloughbane Farm’s portfolio of ready meals are also available from major supermarkets and convenience stores across Northern Ireland.
