EasyJet has announced the launch of a new winter route from Belfast International to Budapest in Hungary, offering the only direct connection from Northern Ireland.
Christmas services will launch from Belfast International to Budapest from 17 November, with flights on Tuesdays and Saturdays, making it ideal for a festive midweek or weekend getaway.
A historic city famed for its grand architecture and thermal baths, Budapest captivates visitors with its striking blend of old-world charm and vibrant urban life, alongside a rich culinary scene and lively nightlife.
Culture lovers can explore landmarks such as Buda Castle and the Hungarian Parliament, or unwind in one of the city’s iconic thermal spas, including Széchenyi and Gellért. For a more immersive experience, travellers can enjoy the unique ruin bars and riverside views along the Danube, as well as a thriving arts and music scene the city has to offer.
Seats are now on sale at easyJet.com and via the easyJet mobile app, with fares starting from £42.49*.
City break package holidays are available with easyJet holidays, including flights and hotel. Three-night holidays are priced from £192 per person and can be booked with a low deposit of £60 each.
