CBRE NI Appointed To Pagabo’s National Framework

CBRE NI has secured a place on Lot 1 of the Pagabo National Framework for Developer-Led Schemes 2026, a framework with an estimated value of up to £26 billion over its four-year term and one of a suite of procurement frameworks representing more than £35 billion of opportunities across the UK public sector.

The framework, developed by Pagabo in partnership with YPO, provides a compliant procurement route for public sector bodies seeking specialist development expertise and advisory services. The four-year framework brings together leading organisations from across the property, consultancy, development and legal sectors to help deliver projects that create long-term economic, environmental and social value.

Gerard McCann, Executive Director, CBRE Northern Ireland, commented:

“This appointment represents an important milestone for CBRE NI and underlines the strength of our development and regeneration expertise.

Across Northern Ireland and the wider UK, public sector organisations continue to face significant challenges in bringing forward complex development projects, balancing commercial viability, sustainability objectives and the need to create lasting social value.

Through this framework, we look forward to working alongside public sector partners to unlock opportunities, attract investment and deliver transformational projects that create meaningful benefits for communities, businesses and local economies.

As one of Northern Ireland’s leading real estate advisors, CBRE NI is uniquely positioned to support clients throughout the entire development lifecycle, from early strategy and feasibility through to delivery and long-term asset performance.”

The appointment further strengthens CBRE NI’s position as a trusted advisor to public and private sector clients undertaking complex development and regeneration initiatives. Leveraging the firm’s global expertise and local market knowledge, CBRE NI will support public sector bodies in identifying opportunities, navigating challenges and delivering successful outcomes from concept through to completion.

The National Framework for Developer-Led Schemes has already supported projects representing more than £10.7 billion in gross development value and the delivery of over 36,000 homes, demonstrating its role in accelerating regeneration and development across the UK.

CBRE NI’s appointment to the new framework aligns with the firm’s continued focus on helping clients shape sustainable, connected and future-ready places, while delivering economic growth and positive social impact for communities.
