Cancer Fund for Children has been offering therapeutic short breaks to families across Ireland for six years but currently only one in seven families can be supported as the capacity in Daisy Lodge in Newcastle is not sufficient to meet demand. The charity desperately needs a second short break centre and Co. Mayo has been selected as its new home. A new therapeutic centre will help ensure that no child faces cancer alone and Kingsbridge Private Healthcare Group are playing their part in helping to make this happen.
