Ireland’s leading provider of flexible workspace, Glandore, is celebrating the first anniversary of the launch of its new co working, event space & balcony terrace at Arthur House in Belfast.   Following a £1m investment last June, Glandore has welcomed a variety of new members including Belfast Chamber, Ortus Secured Finance, ACA Compliance, US tech company SmashFly and one of the largest cyber security investments into Northern Ireland, Imperva.

Eight new international companies have taken residence in Arthur House over the last 12 months.

Michael Kelly, Managing Director of Glandore, said: “The last year at Glandore Belfast has been extremely successful with a number of local and international companies taking space.  These businesses are attracting workers from across the UK to fill highly-skilled positions in Belfast. This year is looking extremely promising for Glandore Belfast with talks ongoing with a number of companies.

“Brexit has seen a number of businesses outside of the UK relocating their operations to Belfast and we’re delighted that the strength of our brand has been able to attract some big name companies.”

He added: “As a family business, our aim is to give our members the best resources to enable them to achieve their growth potential. We feel the quality of our workspace and additional benefits, such as our wellness and personal development programmes, offers members the chance to create a successful business.”

Established in 2001, Glandore is a family owned business which has a total of more than 3,000 desks between nine office locations in Belfast, Cork and Dublin.

International companies who started their operations in Glandore workspace include TSYS (formerly Cayan), TP ICAP (formerly Tullet Prebon), Rapid 7, Bazaarvoice & Alexander Mann Solutions, while overseas investors such as ACA Compliance, Riskonnect, Bamboo Rose and Imperva are among current members of its offices in Belfast.
