Innovative snack brand Forest Feast is celebrating the release of its first ever kids’ range ‘Super Fruit Shapes’ – marking an investment by the local company to continue to grow and expand its consumer base.   The range was created in response to consumer demand for healthier snacks for families, and has already secured listings in the major multiples, convenience stores and independents in NI, ROI and in GB   Speaking about the launch, Forest Feast’s Marketing Director, Bronagh Clarke, said: “As a brand, we know that many kids struggle to get their five-a-day so we made it our mission to create an all-natural healthy snack that kids will enjoy and want to eat.

“The range is simply real fruit that has been smashed and slow baked into delicious fun shapes. As well as being one of your five a day, they are high in fibre and Vitamin C. There is no added sugar, and they are free from nuts, dairy, wheat and gluten, so are perfect for lunchboxes too.”

“Unlike other fruit snacks, we don’t use any artificial ingredients or gelatine, so they are also perfectly poised to meet the growing demand for vegan snacks.”

The ‘Super Fruit Shapes’ range launches this August with a full 360 campaign, including PR, digital, outdoor and sampling, that inspires kids get out and get active.

Ireland rugby captain and father of three, Rory Best has also come on board as an ambassador to support to launch of the range and to roll out the ‘Forest Feast Super Wild Challenge’ – encouraging families to get outside and get active.

Speaking about his role Rory Best said: “As a father of three children under the age of ten, I know how important it is to be able to provide my kids with healthy snacks to give them the energy they need to get the most out of life so I’m thrilled to be partnering with Forest Feast to help launch this exciting new range, ‘Super Fruit Shapes’.

“To mark the launch, we’re encouraging everyone – from families and friends to the young and the young at heart – to get up, get out and get active and to take on the ‘Forest Feast Super Wild Challenge’. We had great fun creating the list of challenges and many of the activities are ones that we enjoy at home. We hope the challenges help you and your loved ones find the fun in being active outside in the fresh air.”
