One of Northern Ireland’s leading estate agents has unveiled a new visual identity and completed an expansion of its South Belfast office following a £300,000 investment and the creation of four new jobs. Fetherstons, formally Fetherston Clements, and winner of Residential Lettings Agency of the Year at the 2023 Belfast Telegraph Property Awards, has doubled the floorspace of its Lisburn Road office and modernised its facilities including a new boardroom, meeting rooms and state-of-the-art technology upgrade including high-definition screens and giant touchscreens.

As part of the rebrand, the company has launched a new website, office signage and estate agent boards. It also completed smaller renovation programmes of its Ballyhackamore and Bangor offices.

Mike Fetherston, Partner of Fetherstons said: “We are delighted to launch our new visual identity and complete an expansion of our Lisburn Road office. Fetherstons has experienced considerable growth over the last number of years – including a 33% growth in sales and a 16% growth in our letting and management division in the last 12 months alone.

To support this growth, we have embarked on a significant brand transformation journey which has been more than just a name change and a new logo. It represents the evolution of the business, from when it was established in 2011 until now, and the energy and innovativeness of our teams. We have reshaped our corporate image into one that homeowners fully connect with and have further strengthened our position as a go-to estate agents for the Greater Belfast and North Down market.”

Will Miscampbell, Partner of Fetherstons added: “Our leadership team has over 90 years combined experience and each one of us values the importance of developing our staff. In turn our retention rates are exemplary and this ensures we offer a first-class customer experience – in fact 82 per cent of the people who engage with us, book our services.

Northern Ireland’s property market continues to grow, with house prices here rising faster than any other region in the UK last year. It’s an exciting time for Fetherstons as we grow our market share and help our clients achieve the best possible prices for their properties. We have ambitious plans in place and we’re confident that this will enable us to continue on this growth trajectory in the months and years ahead.”
