The significant investment has included a head to toe refurbishment of the former passenger car showroom at Mallusk Road, Newtownabbey.
Brian Robinson, Franchise Director, explains the reasoning behind this latest development for the Agnew Group:
“The refurbishment has created a spacious Volkswagen car showroom that displays ten current models comfortably on the inside, with an additional twelve displayed on the extended area at the front.
“Technology is at the fore in the showroom with consultation areas available that offer the facility to search for stock or view technology videos on a large screen. Essentially, your new car can be configured from scratch at the click of a button, or to be more accurate, the touch of your finger on an iPad!
“The latest Volkswagen Retail Concept showroom is bright, spacious and welcoming. It’s a great environment to be in. Round tables with comfortable chairs promote conversation and there’s even a coffee bar area with proper bean to cup coffee. Espressos, Lattes and Cappuccinos are all available, made with care by one of our barista trained Reception hosts. In particular, we have upgraded our customer waiting area, so you can relax in comfort whilst we take care of your car’s servicing and maintenance requirements.”
Brian adds: “We aim to keep close to eighty used cars on display, both Volkswagens and other quality marques, and we have access to approximately two hundred used cars at any time with the facility to source just what you are looking for. Choose from either our Volkswagen Approved DasWelt Auto cars or our Agnew Select range, all expertly checked and serviced as necessary with the peace of mind that comes with the Approved warranty that is provided.”

“There is also a standalone Parts and Service department and a fully equipped Workshop housing highly skilled Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Accredited Technicians using the latest technology, equipment and Volkswagen Genuine Parts.
