Water Solutions Ireland (WSI) has announced plans to develop a new purpose-built headquarters in Newry, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth and long-term commitment to the region.
Located in Carnbane Business Park, just a stone’s throw from its existing offices, the new headquarters will provide Water Solutions Ireland with the space, flexibility and capacity needed to support its next phase of growth while maintaining its strong roots in the local area. Subject to planning approval, construction is scheduled for completion in July 2028.
The development represents a significant investment by Patrick Cunningham, Contracts Director, and Conor McKeown, Commercial Director, reflecting their confidence in the company’s future and ambition to build on its continued success. It further reinforces Water Solutions Ireland’s position as a leading process, mechanical and electrical engineering company, delivering critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland.
Since 2018, the company has grown from a team of six to 47 employees, while significantly increasing its turnover and expanding its presence across the UK and Ireland. This continued success has created the need for a larger, purpose-built facility capable of supporting future growth, attracting new talent and providing a platform for the next stage of the company’s development.
Designed with future growth and sustainability in mind, the new headquarters will provide a modern, flexible working environment that supports collaboration, innovation and operational excellence. The facility will enhance the company’s ability to deliver high-quality engineering solutions while creating a workspace that is fit for the future.
