The fifth annual Cosmetic Medicine Awards (CMAs), will return to the Culloden Estate and Spa on Saturday, 5 December. These, the only Trust Mark accredited awards in Northern Ireland, celebrate excellence, innovation and outstanding contributions within the medically lead aesthetic and cosmetic medicine industry.
The CMAs were the brainchild of industry leader Lesley McGarrity, who joined forces with PR and Event Management professional Michelle McTernan to form Aesthetics Events and PR.
This dynamic duo launched the awards in style in Monaco, at The AMWC, The World’s Leading Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine Congress, with headline sponsor Evolus.
Lesley McGarrity is excited about the forthcoming awards. She says;
“Aesthetics is a rapidly thriving industry in Northern Ireland and we truly have world class clinics, practitioners, companies and products who can now be recognised and celebrated locally. These awards provide an excellent networking opportunity, strengthen bonds between other clinics, build a stronger community and reinforce the importance of maintaining excellent standards and regulations for the safety of our patients. Our mission is to recognise the professionals, brands and clinics that set the highest standards in patient care, safety and results.”
Michelle McTernan says;
“We are delighted to welcome Evolus as our headline sponsor and are thrilled that The CMAs are not only the only aesthetics awards in the country, but the only Trust Mark accredited awards in Northern Ireland. We are honoured and humbled that we have been recognised for our ethical judging procedure, made up of a panel of Internationally acclaimed aesthetics professionals and that we have been praised for the transparency of the judging process, our unwavering dedication and how we market our awards. Now in its fifth year, we are trailblazers in the awards scene and we are now setting a new standard of being the only awards in Northern Ireland to be given this stamp of approval.
Suse Alexander, Executive Director for Evolus says;
“We are proud to partner as headline sponsor for this year’s CMAs, a landmark event that truly reflects the energy and innovation shaping the aesthetics industry today. At Evolus, we are committed to challenging convention and redefining performance beauty, making this partnership a natural alignment of values.
The CMAs represent more than recognition; they are a celebration of individuality, artistry, and the forward thinking practitioners who are transforming patient experiences every day. We are inspired by the exceptional talent across the region and are passionate about supporting clinics and professionals who share our vision of elevating standards while embracing authenticity.
Our values of grit, impact, fun and transparency are at the core of everything we do. They drive us to push boundaries, deliver results, foster genuine connections and operate with openness and integrity. These same principles are reflected in the clinics and practitioners being recognised through the CMAs, making this partnership especially meaningful.
As a global performance beauty company, our mission is to empower self expression and deliver innovation that resonates with today’s aesthetics consumer. Our continued investment in education, collaboration and clinical excellence reflects our dedication to helping our partners thrive in an ever evolving landscape.
This year’s awards promise to be a powerful celebration of creativity, confidence and community, values that sit at the very heart of Evolus.”
