Northern Ireland AI Firm To Feature At California Event

Northern Ireland AI firm Adoreboard has been selected to present at the prestigious NVIDIA GTC 2026 this week in San Jose, California, showcasing its breakthrough in how AI can extract signals from customer feedback to pinpoint why customers might leave.

Often referred to as the ‘Super Bowl of AI’, NVIDIA brings together 25,000 in-person attendees from 190 countries and 300,000 virtually to hear from NVIDIA’s CEO Jensen Huang on the future of artificial intelligence.  It also features AI research presentations, which NVIDIA selects through a competitive submission process, placing accepted work alongside the most advanced AI research and applications in the world today.

Adoreboard uses NVIDIA advanced accelerated computing to enable massive amounts of customer experience data collected from contact centres, reviews, and surveys to be processed in minutes. AI is then used to pinpoint with accuracy the reason why customers might leave, enabling brands to act. The research shows this new approach is 923 times faster than manual human analysis while significantly enhancing the quality of insights.

Tested against over 20,000 real customer records from a major North American telecommunications provider serving millions of subscribers, the model predicted which customers would leave with 86% accuracy, and when validated against actual historical data, its predictions landed within 1% of reality.

Chris Johnston, CEO of Adoreboard, said: “This is a golden era of AI research and we’re leading the way. With NVIDIA accelerated computing, we can push the boundaries of what is possible in AI. In practical terms, we can connect massive amounts of customer experience data, and within minutes our customers have a prioritised list of improvements that will deliver a financial outcome. This breakthrough on how customer experience can now be operationalised is what we call Customer Revenue Impact.”

AI developed by Adoreboard has been deployed by some of the world’s biggest brands across a range of industries, including Zoom, Amazon, Allstate, and Bank of Ireland, to understand trust levels. Adoreboard recently signed a 3-year partnership with Cura Day Hospitals Group and BUPA to expand its work in healthcare in Australia.

Value Retail, creator and operator of The Bicester Collection, the world’s leading portfolio of luxury outlet shopping villages spanning 12 destinations across 9 countries and welcoming millions of visitors a year, uses Adoreboard’s predictive intelligence platform to connect how guests feel about their experience to spend per visit, making the financial cost of individual experience failures visible and actionable. Mazhar Butt, Director, Guest Experience Development of Value Retail said: “By merging spend data with the Adoreboard predictive intelligence, we could move beyond correlation and actually measure opportunity loss, how much money we have potentially lost when Trust falls below target. It makes the cost of poor customer experience visible in real financial terms.”
