The founder and head of Belfast-based AV specialists Niavac has been honoured at the industry’s top awards in London.
James Conlon received a Lifetime Achievement Award. The prestigious gong recognises the Belfast businessman’s significant contribution to the audio-visual industry during a 40-year career.
“From a young trainee to becoming the leader of one of Northern Ireland’s most respected firms, James Conlon’s journey is a testament to the power of perseverance, adaptability and passion,” said the award organiser. “His story isn’t just about business – it’s about overcoming adversity, embracing change and leaving an enduring legacy.”
Mr Conlon, who was presented with the award at a glitzy ceremony at Evolution London on November 7, said he was “humbled and honoured” to have been recognised by his industry peers.
