Business enterprise agency, LEDCOM, which provides mentoring opportunities and state-of-the-art managed workspaces in the Larne and Ballyclare areas, including Willowbank Business Park, Bank Road Business Park, Foundry House and the Work Cube, has announced the appointment of Graham Lapsley to its Board of Directors.
A Ballyclare local, Graham began his career in the Northern Bank in 1981, where he progressed through various branch roles including Area Manager. Other senior roles followed in wealth management, business credit and business banking before he became Head of Business (North) in Ballymena. He was also appointed Head of Risk and Operations, Head of Small Business, Head of Personal Credit and Head of Private Banking, a role he retired from in 2025.
Exceedingly experienced and a life-long learner, Graham’s voluntary role in LEDCOM will see him providing expert advice and support, strategic oversight, and community and stakeholder engagement.
