Holywood-based Healthcare Ireland Group has announced the acquisition of the Hutchinson Care Homes, a long established family owned care Group with six homes across County Antrim.
This latest acquisition brings the Healthcare Ireland portfolio to 44 homes across Northern Ireland, providing a wide range of residential, nursing, and specialist care services.
Healthcare Ireland Managing Director, Gilbert Yates paid tribute to the Hutchinson Care Group and expressed a commitment to retaining the existing level of care for all residents.

I want to personally reassure the residents in these 6 homes and their families that the standard of care they receive is our highest priority, and we are working closely with the dedicated Hutchinson Group to ensure a smooth and seamless transition of the homes and the care provided.
