Cooper Parry Opens Landmark Northern Ireland Office As Growth Accelerates

Cooper Parry has officially opened the doors to its brand-new Northern Ireland offices at Linen Green, marking another major milestone in the firm’s continued expansion and investment in next gen professional services across the UK and Ireland.

Located on the outskirts of Dungannon, Linen Green is an upmarket retail village set within a striking former linen mill, blending heritage with modern design. The 9,161sq ft, two‑floor space had stood empty for several years. It’s now been transformed into a light‑filled, high tech open-plan workplace designed around collaboration, creativity and connection.

The move follows Cooper Parry’s acquisition of Northern Ireland firm CavanaghKelly last summer. From day one, plans were in place to invest in a workspace that truly reflects Cooper Parry’s progressive culture and client first approach. The whole team has relocated from its former offices on Northland Row in Dungannon into a significantly larger, open plan environment that is purpose built for the future of work.

The office fit out was delivered by Office Principles, the specialist design team behind Cooper Parry’s superhubs in Manchester, London, Reading, Birmingham, and the firm’s flagship Sky View headquarters at East Midlands Airport. The result is a modern warehouse style space that is light, airy and unmistakably CP.

Designed to bring people together, the ground floor features a series of tech enabled meeting rooms with names inspired by Northern Ireland’s landscape and heritage:

  • Neagh Nook, a nod to Lough Neagh
  • The Linen Room, reflecting Northern Ireland’s global legacy in linen production
  • Sperrin, inspired by the Sperrin Mountains
  • The Extra Yard, celebrating the extra effort that makes the difference

On the first floor, a further suite of meeting rooms is geared towards growth and ambition, including Engine Room, Frontier, Accelerator and Vision. An open plan kitchen and social space sits at the heart of the floor, providing a welcoming hub for teams to connect and collaborate.

Designed around an open plan, no designated desk approach, the new office is home to around 90 colleagues. The space has been purpose built to encourage collaborative working while keeping teams seamlessly connected with colleagues across the wider Cooper Parry group.

Des Kelly, Cooper Parry’s Head of Northern Ireland, said:

“This is a fantastic space that genuinely changes how we work together. It enables better collaboration, keeps us fully connected with colleagues across the UK and most importantly delivers a better experience for our clients.

“Rest assured this isn’t the end of the story when it comes to Cooper Parry’s growth in Northern Ireland. Our Belfast office is due to open later this summer, making us even more accessible to clients right across the region.”

The opening underlines Cooper Parry’s commitment to investing in Northern Ireland, creating outstanding workplaces. Building a next gen professional services businesses designed for what clients need next, not what they needed yesterday.
