A new Paddock Menu has been created by the award-winning culinary team and features a new and unique Roman Sourdough Panino with a variety of fillings including Roast Northern Irish Chicken Caprese with Plum Tomato, Basil Pesto and Mozzarella; Cured Meat with Serrano Ham, Grants Ham, Fennel Salami, Nduja, Smoked Tomato Pesto and Provolone Cheese and Charcuterie Sharing Board.
Cormac Fadden, General Manager of the Culloden Estate & Spa said: “We are delighted to welcome the return of our Bollinger Champagne Garden for another unforgettable summer at the Culloden Estate & Spa.
