What’s more, after its time spent in bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts, it’s finished in rare masala wine casks from Sicily – adding a luxurious touch of dried fruit, spice, caramel and toasted nuts. And finally, the triple distillation gives it an exceptional smoothness that perfectly balances depth with remarkable drinkability.
The result? A standout Irish whiskey made exclusively from malted barley that’s bursting with fruity spices and soft honey, leaving a lingering velvety finish.
