Spice-Up Sunday Returns To Top Dublin Venue

Sundays get a sultry upgrade with Spice-Up Sunday, an elevated experience at The Rooftop Bar & Terrace at Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel on Sunday, 31st of August.

This indulgent dining and cocktail event is the perfect summer Sunday sundowner – of flavour and flair, high above the city skyline.

From panoramic Docklands views to live music, Spice-Up Sunday is an elegant way to end your weekend. A sensory journey through bold Asian-inspired small plates, sizzling grilled delicacies, and signature cocktails, it’s rooftop dining dialled all the way up.

You’ll be welcomed to the sleek rooftop space from 3pm – 8pm to a backdrop of laidback tunes from the DJ as the city below transitions from bright sunshine to the golden hour.

The curated sharing menu is a luxurious blend of punchy flavours and premium ingredients, including wagyu beef with Korean pear & teriyaki, Dublin Bay prawn wontons, crisp gochujang chicken, and Flaggy Shore oysters kissed with fresh lime, chilli and mint.

Guests will also enjoy a welcome cocktail on arrival created by The Rooftop Bar’s mixologists, and any additional cocktails are priced at €15.00 throughout the afternoon.

Whether you’re toasting the weekend with your crew or setting the mood for a special date, Spice-Up Sunday is a feast for the senses and a way to see the city from a whole new angle, at The Rooftop Bar, Anantara The Marker Dublin.

Spice-Up Sunday at The Rooftop Bar is €65 per person, which includes a selection of sharing plates, a welcome drink on arrival & live entertainment.

In case of bad weather, the event will be hosted indoors at Forbes St. by Gareth Mullins.
