LotusWorks Receives Great Places To Work Laureate Award

LotusWorks is celebrating being recognised as one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland for the 10th consecutive year.  The company was awarded last night (Wednesday, February 25th) with the Great Place to Work Laureate Award.

Great Place to Work Partner Cathal Divilly said this was an “exceptional accomplishment and one that very few organisations attain”. The announcement was made at the annual Great Place to Work Awards (GPTW) ceremony at the Clayton Hotel on Burlington Road, Dublin.

The specialist technical and engineering company, which has operations in Ireland, the US and across Europe was also ranked 12th in the Best Large Workplace™ in Ireland 2026 category.

The Best Workplaces Laureate Award is a special distinction given to companies who have maintained a top workplace ranking for 10 consecutive years. This prestigious achievement highlights the long-term dedication of organisations to create an exceptional workplace culture that prioritises trust, employee wellbeing and a people-first approach.

According to Great Place to Work Ireland, only a select few companies maintain their excellence year after year and are awarded this title, setting them apart as leaders in workplace culture.

The Great Place to Work Awards are based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about their workplace experience.

LotusWorks, an Irish-owned company established in 1989, is a global provider of engineering and technical expertise. With a workforce of over 750+ full-time employees across Ireland, EMEA, and North America, the company delivers specialist commissioning, calibration, and operations & maintenance services to mission-critical clients in the life sciences and advanced technology sectors.

Recognised for its outstanding workplace culture, LotusWorks has been named one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces every year since 2017.

Michael Carrigy, Head of People & Culture at LotusWorks, says:

“Reaching 10 years on the Best Workplaces in Ireland list reflects our commitment to listening to our people and acting on their feedback. The insights, input and data we gather help shape how we lead, how we support our teams, and how we continue to evolve as a business. This recognition belongs to all of us and to the culture we continue to build together.”

Cathal Divilly, Partner Great Place to Work® Ireland, says:

“Achieving recognition as one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland for 10 consecutive years is an exceptional accomplishment and one that very few organisations attain. The Laureate Award is reserved for companies that demonstrate a sustained commitment to building and maintaining a high-trust, people-first culture year after year. We congratulate the entire LotusWorks team on this outstanding milestone.”
