Littlefish Group has announced a planned leadership transition as Storm Technology CEO, Karl Flannery moves from this role, taking on the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at Littlefish Group.
Karl, who co-founded Storm Technology in 1995 and has held the role of CEO since 2003, will now lead the Group’s Microsoft strategy and executive engagement, further supporting its clients to realise greater value from their Microsoft Cloud and AI investments.
Based in Ireland, Karl will report to Group CEO Ursula Morgenstern and bolster Littlefish Group’s presence in the Irish market, while advancing its strategic partnership with Microsoft as a core driver of growth. Littlefish Group acquired Storm Technology in 2024.
As part of this planned evolution, Mick McKay has been appointed Managing Director, Ireland at Storm Technology. In his new role, Mick will provide strong local leadership to clients while ensuring continued alignment with Group strategy that will also strengthen the company’s position in the Irish market.
Continuity and investment in Ireland
Jillian Moore, Head of Digital Services at Littlefish Group, will continue to lead digital consulting and delivery across the UK and Ireland, giving customers access to greater scale and expertise.
The newly announced leadership structure will further enhance the trajectory of Storm Technology in Ireland through continued investment in the Irish market, stronger Microsoft Cloud and AI capabilities, alongside a clear focus on delivering measurable client outcomes. Clients will also enjoy continuity in leadership, relationships and delivery.
