Dublin Airport has unveiled its latest passenger improvement with the opening of new Fast Track security facilities in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, giving passengers a quicker and more convenient way to get through security.
The new Fast Track facilities, powered by Grant Thornton, are the latest in a series of improvements and investments by airport operator daa aimed at offering increased choice and making the passenger experience at Dublin Airport better, easier and more enjoyable.
Fast Track gives passengers access to dedicated security lanes, helping them clear security in less than 10 minutes and giving them more time to enjoy the airport before their flight – whether that means relaxing in a lounge, grabbing something to eat or drink, browsing the shops or simply making their way to the gate without a rush.
Fast Track has become increasingly popular with passengers travelling for both business and leisure, with the service particularly appealing to those looking to make the most of their time at the airport and enjoy a more relaxed start to their journey.
Grant Thornton’s sponsorship of the Fast Track facilities in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 continues a long-standing partnership with Dublin Airport, which began in 2018.

About Fast Track
Fast Track is currently available in Terminal 1 from 04:00 to 21:00 and in Terminal 2 from 04:00 to 18:00.
In Terminal 1, the Fast Track entrance is located in Departures on Level 3, Mezzanine Floor. In Terminal 2, it is located in Departures on Level 2, before security.
Passengers can pre-book Fast Track online or through the Dublin Airport App from €7.99 per person, with pricing varying depending on the date, time and terminal. Passengers can also purchase Fast Track at the airport using the self-service kiosks located in the departures areas or by paying directly at the Fast Track entrance itself.
The new Fast Track facilities are the latest addition to Dublin Airport’s ongoing programme of investment and improvements designed to make the airport experience better for passengers.
Other recent improvements for passengers at Dublin Airport include the rollout of new C3 security scanning technology across both terminals, the completion of a three-year transformation of the airport’s food and beverage offering, and the expansion and overhaul of the airport’s lounge offering, including the opening of the Phoenix Lounge in Terminal 1, which is twice the size and offers 3x the food and drink options compared to the old T1 lounge.
Further improvements for passengers are set to be announced over the coming months.
