Cannonball Ireland Donates Almost €782,000 To Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation

Cannonball Ireland, the action-packed supercar road trip, has announced a phenomenal fundraising total of €781,914 for the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation since the partnership began in 2022 and €317,819 in 2025 alone – bringing the total raised for Irish children’s charities to an incredible €2,271,716

From September 12th – 14th, over 250,000 spectators lined streets across Ireland for Cannonball Ireland fuelled by miles+ from Circle K.  200 spectacular supercars, hypercars, celebrities, helicopters and colourful Cannonball drivers and participants in costume rolled into towns and villages, creating unforgettable free family entertainment. But behind the high-octane glamour, Cannonball’s true driving force is compassion and community spirit.

Funds were raised through a number of initiatives, including the nationwide campaign “When You Fill, Support Jack and Jill” by Circle K Ireland, which saw 1 cent from every litre of miles and miles+ fuel sold at Circle K sites across Ireland donated during the Cannonball weekend. That campaign alone generated €100,000, funding the equivalent of 5,555 hours of specialist in-home nursing care for families supported by Jack and Jill.

The official charity for Cannonball 2025 was The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation – an Irish children’s charity that funds and provides up to 100 hours per month of in-home nursing care, respite support and end-of-life care for children from birth to seven years of age with severe learning disability often associated with complex medical needs.

Deirdre Walsh, CEO of Jack and Jill said: “All of us at Jack and Jill are blown away by the funds raised this year through our partnership with Cannonball and Circle K, translating to 17,710 hours of in-home nursing and respite care for 456 Jack and Jill families nationwide. Over our three-year partnership, an incredible €781,914 has been raised, funding 43,438 hours of vital care”

This partnership has been a true game-changer not just in funds and care hours, but in community spirit and meaningful connection. Travelling across Ireland with the Cannonball crew and meeting our wonderful families is always a joy. We’re so grateful to the Cannonball community for their time, creativity and energy in making our families part of this spectacular event and ensuring Cannonball 2025 was such a success.”

Ciara Foxton, Managing Director of Circle K Ireland said “It was fantastic to support Cannonball and the Jack and Jill Foundation again this year by running the ‘When You Fill, Support Jack and Jill’ initiative at Circle K sites across Ireland. The campaign continues to capture the imagination of our customers and colleagues, and we’re incredibly proud that together we raised €100,000 to support the remarkable work of The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation.

Cannonball is such a special event bringing communities across the country together in a fun and meaningful way, while helping to make a real difference to families who rely on care from the Jack and Jill Foundation. Since 2022, our partnership with Cannonball has raised €781,914 which is an incredible achievement we are all so proud of.

I’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Cannonball team, our colleagues across the Circle K network, and of course our customers, whose generosity and enthusiasm drives the success of this event every year.”

“Raising over three-quarters of a million euro for Jack and Jill is something we’re incredibly proud of,”said Alan Bannon, Founder of Cannonball Ireland. Each year, the Cannonball family; our sponsors, participants, spectators and crew come together not just for the love of cars, but to make a real difference for Irish children and families. This milestone is a testament to the generosity, energy and heart that fuel Cannonball.”
