Northern Ireland Hospice Appoints Mount Charles As Catering Partner

Mount ​Charles has ​been ​appointed ​as the ​new catering ​partner for ​Northern ​Ireland Hospice under a ​four-year agreement. The contract ​includes an initial ​three-year term, ​with the ​option ​to extend ​for a ​further year, ​and ​will ​see the ​independent, ​family-owned business ​deliver ​catering services for residents, staff ​and visitors ​across the ​Hospice.

The partnership brings ​together ​two organisations ​with ​a ​shared ​commitment ​to care, service and ​people. ​Mount ​Charles will ​draw ​on ​its experience ​in healthcare and ​care environments to provide a high-quality ​catering offer that ​supports ​the work ​of the Hospice ​team ​and the ​experience ​of ​patients, families ​and colleagues.

As ​part of the contract, ​Mount ​Charles will introduce ​a number of service ​enhancements, including ​refreshed ​menus tailored ​to ​the ​needs and ​preferences ​of ​residents and ​staff, ​the ​introduction of its ​Clover & Grain food ​concept, ​a ​new on-site management ​structure and ​a ​renewed ​focus ​on quality, customer experience and innovation.

These ​improvements ​are designed to create ​a ​welcoming ​dining experience ​that complements ​the exceptional care provided ​by Northern ​Ireland Hospice, ​with comfort, nutrition ​and ​hospitality ​at its ​heart.
