NOW Group CEO Maeve Monaghan Recognised As 2025 Enable Advocate

NOW Group CEO, Maeve Monaghan, has been named an Enable Advocate on the 2025 Involve Enable Role Model List, sponsored by Dow.

The Involve Enable Role Model List celebrates business leaders from around the world who are championing disability inclusion and creating meaningful opportunities for people of all abilities. The Enable Advocate category recognises individuals who are driving change both within their organisations and across wider society, setting new standards for accessible workplaces, inclusive leadership, and equitable opportunities.

Maeve’s inclusion on the 2025 list reflects her long-standing commitment to building a more inclusive society through NOW Group’s support programmes and the impact of the JAM Card, which supports people who need a little extra time or understanding in everyday interactions. Under Maeve’s leadership, NOW Group has expanded its support for people with learning difficulties, autism and neurodiverse conditions, while working with employers to embed inclusive practices across their businesses.

Following the announcement, Maeve Monaghan said,

“I am honoured to be named an Enable Advocate on the 2025 Involve Role Model List. Inclusion is at the heart of NOW Group’s work, and this recognition reflects the dedication of our team, the employers we partner with, and the participants who inspire us every day. Together, we continue to push for a society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.”

Maeve’s recognition as an Enable Advocate marks a proud milestone for NOW Group, underscoring the organisation’s unwavering commitment to inclusion and the significant impact its leadership team continues to make in creating opportunities for people of all abilities. NOW Group also extends its thanks to Caroline Van Feltz of Danske Bank for nominating Maeve and for her continued support of the organisation’s mission.
