Three Ireland has announced two new additions to its leadership team, with the appointments of Tom Kinsella as Chief Consumer Officer (CCO) and Sinéad Brennan as Chief People Officer (CPO). The appointments form part of the evolution of Three Ireland’s leadership team, following the appointment of Elaine Carey as CEO in June.
In his new role as CCO, Tom Kinsella will be accountable for all aspects of Three’s consumer business shaping how the company attracts and retains customers, how it delivers a world-class customer proposition whilst driving shareholder value and continually evolving the business to stay ahead of the curve.
As the new CPO, Sinéad Brennan will be responsible for all aspects of Three’s people, property, internal communications and sustainability strategies. As the company continues to adapt to enterprise agile, she will be focused on evolving the people operating model and redesigning talent and career frameworks.
Speaking about his appointment, Tom Kinsella, Chief Consumer Officer, said: “Three is known for creating phenomenal experiences for its customers and I am energised to be joining this team. Speaking about her appointment, Sinéad Brennan, Chief People Officer, said: “. I am coming into this position at a critical time for the company, as we navigate implementing our new enterprise agile working model. I look forward to working alongside my colleagues and the leadership team to ensure we maintain the strong collaborative working environment that has been developed at Three.”
Prior to joining Three, Tom Kinsella worked at AIB for over 12 years, most recently as Managing Director for their Homes division. He also held the position of Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Customer Advocate during his time there. Before AIB, Tom held a number of roles in Diageo, including Global Marketing Director for Baileys. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin (UCD) and has completed the Advanced Management Course in IESE in Barcelona. Tom is a member of the Institute of Directors.
Sinéad Brennan joins Three from Grant Thornton, where she lead the people and culture function across Ireland, Northern Ireland, Gibraltar, Isle of Man and Bermuda, supporting almost 3,000 employees. She was previously the CPO at the National Treasury Management Agency. Sinéad is a non-executive Director of Aware, the mental health charity. Sinéad holds a PhD and Masters in Business Studies from Dublin City University (DCU). She was listed by Odgers as one of the most influential CHROs in Ireland 2024.
