A host of high-calibre speakers have been confirmed for Northern Ireland’s largest talent and engagement summit, taking place on the 14th June at Belfast’s Waterfront Hall. Powered By Talent is a first-of-its-kind event, bringing together businesses from the professional services sector to highlight best practice in the attraction, development and retention of a company’s main asset, its people.


The summit is aimed at businesses eager to maximise their return on investment from talent and engagement initiatives. Speakers will provide attendees with insight on the most effective people practices currently adopted by the world’s best companies.

The summit will involve presentations delivered by high-calibre key-note speakers. The collection of renowned business speakers includes Mark Dowds, Founder of Trov; Roger Eigenheer, Director at EY; Neil Gibson, Chief Economist at EY; Johnny Campbell, CEO of Social Talent, with Steve Harper, Executive Director of International Business Group for Invest NI speaking on the theme of ‘Future Belfast, Future NI’.

Attendees will also engage in expert panel discussions featuring local entrepreneurs, dissecting the current hot topics in talent management, including millennial engagement.

Along with the key-note speakers and panellist discussions, EY Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, Darragh McCarthy, Founder and CEO of FinTrU, will be speaking at the event. He will explore the topic of powering business through local talent and provide insight into business success in local and global markets.
