TBL International is throwing down the gauntlet and asking potential employees if they have what it takes to impress visitors with their enthusiasm for two of Northern Ireland’s biggest exports – RMS Titanic and GAME OF THRONES® – this Summer.    TBL International, the management company behind the award-winning Titanic Belfast and SS Nomadic are adding to its Titanic Crew ahead of this year’s high season, as well as recruiting for the legendary GAME OF THRONES TM: The Touring Exhibition, coming to the TEC Belfast for its debut stop in the UK and Ireland in April 2019.

In preparation for the blockbuster summer across all its experiences, the company is undertaking a recruitment drive for the 150 fixed-term positions, across Visitor Experience, Ticketing, Hospitality Outlets and Retail to add to its 280 strong team.

A unique ‘Showcase Day’ is being organised to help track down front line staff who can promote two of Northern Ireland’s biggest exports to the world. Candidates, who must pre-register to secure a slot, will be given a task and will then be required to give a three-minute interpretative presentation to demonstrate their communication skills and passion for the project.

The showcase for prospective front-of-house employees will be held on Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd February 2019 at The MAC Belfast in front of an expert judging panel.

TBL International’s Chief Executive, Judith Owens said, “From the very beginning, we have valued our staff as one of key assets and reasons for success. We are preparing for a truly blockbuster summer at Titanic Belfast, following our busiest summer to date last year, as well as working with HBO® Global Licensing and Retail and GES Events to bring GAME OF THRONESTM: The Touring Exhibition to Belfast. We want staff who are passionate about selling two of Northern Ireland’s biggest exports and have stories to tell. If you have a passion for Titanic or GAME OF THRONES®, tourism and have excellent communication skills– you could be part of our award-winning crew.”

To ensure world-class standards are met and maintained, all TBL International’s employees go through a robust training programme, including substantial on the job and bespoke customer service training. Full details of the posts are available at www.tblinternational.com/careers.
