One of Northern Ireland’s most respected PR and marketing communications agencies has announced a £400,000 investment following a period of continued growth. Lighthouse Communications, which employs 10 people and is retained by many of Northern Ireland’s leading companies, has purchased and completely refurbished Centre House on Holywood’s High Street.


The firm has also appointed Mike Smith OBE as Chairman.

Mr Smith, a former Chief Executive of Titanic Quarter and Laganside, will oversee a growth and acquisition strategy over the next three years, whilst ensuring the highest standards of corporate governance.

Over a 30-year career, Mike Smith’s experience spans many of the key areas of urban regeneration. As a chartered surveyor and chartered town planner, he is a former Chair of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Visiting Professor at the University of Ulster.
