Carson McDowell, Northern Ireland’s largest independent law firm, has announced eight internal promotions, adding one senior associate and seven new associates to the team.   The promotions are in response to increased activity within the firm over the past year.


  Northern Ireland’s largest law firm now has 27 partners and has a total workforce of over 160 people.

 

Michael Johnston, Managing Partner at Carson McDowell, commented: “I would like to congratulate all those who have received a promotion and also welcome five trainees who will be starting full time positions in September.

The new senior associate is Ciara Deasy (Healthcare); and the new associates are Gillian Greenfield (Professional Indemnity); Niamh Magee (Procurement); Claire McCloskey (Banking); Fergal McGoldrick (Litigation & Dispute resolution and Media and Defamation); Yvonne McMahon (Real Estate); Aisling O’Hare (Commercial) and Leona Rankin (Employment).

 

The new assistant solicitors are Andrew Brennan (Real Estate); Leanne McCleery (Employment); Sean Kinney (Litigation); Shannon Gawley (Commercial) and Sophie Hanna (Employment).
