All week, the hotel’s concierges have been donned in traditional Plus Fours, with a special green carpet rolled out to welcome guests. A special Afternoon ‘Tee’ in The Great Room Restaurant is serving up a selection of new golf-themed patisseries. Berts Jazz Bar is offering both à la carte and set dining menu options with live jazz every night. Guests can also enjoy The Great Room Restaurant’s new 6-course tasting menu for £45 per person for the ultimate evening dining experience. Berts is hosting a series of Irish Gin events, with an arrival cocktail, followed by guided tastings with guest ambassadors, plus a Gin and Tonic masterclass for £25 per person, culminating in a final event on Thursday 18th July.
The Cocktail Bar is also hosting a series of daily Scotch whisky tasting sessions, led by The Merchant’s in-house whisky expert, who has carefully chosen the finest whisky for an unforgettable experience.
