Holywood-based consultancy Morrow Communications has become a member of Arts & Business Northern Ireland (A&B NI), as a move to support what it describes as “one of Northern Ireland’s most precious assets.” The integrated communications consultancy, which provides PR, Event Management, Design and Production services for brands including Asda, Moy Park, Dale Farm, Translink, Sprucefield and First Trust Bank, believes the partnership will bring with it several benefits.

“The vibrant arts sector in Northern Ireland is one of our most precious assets, yet one which is critically underfunded,” said Peter Morrow, Managing Director, Morrow Communications.

“Supporting the arts is not only the right thing to do, it also makes business sense – something we’ve advocated to our clients for several years through a variety of partnerships we’ve helped manage on their behalf.

“By joining A&B NI, we will gain access to some of the most exciting artistic organisations in Northern Ireland to explore creative projects that will benefit our people, our business and our clients. We are also joining a network of likeminded businesses who too recognise the importance of engaging with the arts.

“Special things happen when the arts and business sectors come together, and we look forward to seeing what unfolds from our partnership with A&B NI,” Peter Morrow said.

A&B NI is a charity funded by the Arts Council of NI, with 30 years’ experience in facilitating creative partnerships between business and the arts through research, training and the promotion of culture.

Mary Nagele, CEO Arts and Business NI said: “We are delighted to welcome Morrow Communications as business members of Arts & Business NI.

“As a leading communications consultancy in Northern Ireland, we look forward to working with them to explore exciting creative options in relation to their staff engagement, cultural branding and CSR activities. We welcome Morrows’ appreciation of the NI arts sector and the incredible impact it makes to the social and economic vitality of our place, cities and communities.”
