Belfast tech entrepreneur and senior advisor to the Harvard Kennedy School to be keynote speaker at an event hosted by the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NI Chamber) and Electric Ireland in Belfast this week.   Nell Watson a global expert on the opportunities presented by machine intelligence, AI philosophy and human machine relations will be the first speaker in the Northern Ireland Chamber’s Growing Something Brilliant Leadership series of 2018 which focuses on the importance of inspirational leadership in boosting productivity, performance and success.


 

Nell will outline how these emerging and disruptive technologies will change lives and transform businesses, providing insights on the impact they will have on business operations and productivity. 

Originally from Northern Ireland, Nell will also provide insights into the journey she has been on throughout a distinguished career path which has seen her being positioned as a Senior Scientific Advisor to the Harvard Kennedy School, a lecturer at the Associate Faculty of AI & Robotics at Singularity University and as an entrepreneur creating and patenting 3D body measurement technology.

The event takes place at the Grand Opera House Belfast on 3 May from 8.30-10.30am.
