Hagan Homes purchased the site in October 2017 and started refurbishment of the 24 four and five-bedroom homes, in December 2017. The first phase of six homes will be completed by September 2018 and the overall development is scheduled to be handed over by December 2018. Approximately 30 construction jobs have been created so far.
Three fully furnished show homes at ‘The Rocks, Portrush’ will open on Sunday 17 June 2018 (2-4pm). Homes will also go on sale on 17 June 2018, with prices starting from £164,950.
