Leading luxury homeware company Bedeck has entered into a product licensing agreement with global lifestyle brand Ted Baker plc, to create their bedding and towels collections. The three-year agreement will see Bedeck work in collaboration with the Ted Baker creative team to develop the ranges.


The contract will commence in January 2022, with the first collection launching shortly thereafter.
Within the UK, the new collections will be distributed through Bedeck’s wholesale network across department stores, speciality home stores, independent retailers and website as well as the Ted Baker online platform. Bedeck will also expand international sales via distribution partners in countries including Australia, the Netherlands and Germany, with potential to expand further.

Ted baker is a global fashion and lifestyle company born in the UK. Having grown steadily from its origins as a specialist shirt store in Glasgow in 1988, it now has over 500 stores, outlets and concessions worldwide, including boutiques in all the major fashion destinations across the UK.

The addition of the Ted Baker brand is a big success for Bedeck who have been adversely impacted by store closures during lockdown despite an increase in online sales. Bedeck hopes that the addition of the Ted Baker brand will help sales to grow by up to 15%.
This success justifies the company’s substantial investment in a new showroom and design archive in Magheralin opened by George Clarke in November 2019.
